In this paper, the ecology environmental information system based on GIS, gave up the traditional method and stepped out a new pace in translating from the traditional management of statistic data to the management of spatial data In this way, the system can construct the ecology environment management and decision making on the base of the joint of spatial data and attribute data. In the paper, the characteristic of ecology environmental data and its integrated method were traversed. Based on the geography methods, the paper studied on the general character of Fujian Provincial ecology environment and its data's integrated theory and method, then discussed the theory and method of ecology environment spatial data index, spatial analysis's design and arithmetic, analyzed the spatial data expression and vision theory and method, probed into the component technique and ComGIS. Finally, based on the need analysis of the system and its design, with the ComGIS software SuperMap 2000 which made in china, the author developed the integrated system in Visual Basic and applied it in assessing the sensitivity of Fujian Provincial soil erosion and the sensitivity of Fujian Provincial ecology environmental acid rain. For all of these research, the paper provided a technical pattern for constructing Fujian Provincial ecology environmental information system, and it also offered the experience in using ComGIS for regional ecology environment information system and other fields.
