The Research Of Dalian CaseUrban Man-Made Landscape

The paper begins with the research of Urban Man-made Landscape (UML), and deep to probe into response mechanisms of UML in the course of urbanization. Then offering the theoretical foundation for urbanization process, and promoting the urban construction developing benignly.The whole paper is divided into nine charters and started with defining the UML concept. It states the making strength of UML, the type, law of distributing; The level of the UML's expansion and increasing of the perpendicular space; UML's development mechanism and stage; The designing and making UML's series maps and the development mechanism of Dalian UML, etc. At last, summarizing the relationship between UML and urbanization, and forming the intact system. The city center is the area that it concentrates UML and it's change shows very sensitively and tempestuously. This paper regards research of UML in the city center as the cutting point, and srudys from two arrays of time and space. At the base of studying UML forms, type and the way of responding, it takes Dalian as an example and uses systematized quantitative methods to analyze UML's volume increase in center and the change of the making up. The paper also compares similarities and differences of UML in domestic and international to seek rational development model of UML. It is also a great characteristic that it uses tradition and modern theory and technological means to research. Using the basic theory of ordinary geomorphology, and combining the research method of urban geography, also it bases on GIS technology platform and uses surfer software to probe into urbanization and UML. Not only realized the crossing of discipline is but also an innovation on theory and technology. Summarizing the achievement in research of the paper, we can see clear that: 1) This paper firstly set up complete UML classify system and provide better theory base for studying UML's development. 2) This paper firstly set up UML's system of quantitative index. 3) This paper firstly finished UML's series maps, including variation map, relatively altitude map, aggregation map, three-dimensions map, etc. 4) This paper firstly finished the positive research of UML.At Last, summarizing the whole paper, we provide several advices: I) Raise the individual expression of UML, and do the best to seek the balance of urban construction. 2) Rational development UML, realize the sustainable development of urban construction. 3) Regard improving the urban environment as the foundation of UML development. 4) Strengthening scientific research of UML, in order to offer the theoretical foundation for urban construction, and realize the sustainable development of the city.
