This paper studies the existence for solutions and qualitative properties of impulsive differential equations.Firstly, we discuss the global existence of solutions of the impulsive functional differential equationWithout assuming the global existence of solutions of the corresponding continuous equation, we obtain new global existence results of solutions with certain initial conditions; We discuss the periodic boundary value problem for a class of first order impulsive functional differential equations of the formand the anti-periodic boundary value problem for first order impulsive ordinary differential equationsWe establish several existence results by using the Banach fixed point theorem or Leray-Schauder alternative, the lower and upper solution method and monotone iterative technique. In particular, our results does not assume any monotonicity condition on / as is customary in the literature.Secondly, we study the stability for impulsive functional differential equations with finite delay...
