This article does non-linear research in anomaly identification of the geochemistry element measure data from north area of Three River Region of southwest 1:200000 hydrogrophic deposits measure > 1:50000 Hengxingcuo hydrogrophic deposits measure 1:10000 Ganzhongxing earth measure. Becauseof the special characteristics of geology land form of the east area of Tibet in the west of China ' its characteristics 'in summary 'includes :land form condition of high mountain and valley ' crust inner active condition of active fault and strong earthquake active environment ' extern active condition of valley development slump development and the special chemical weathering .This characteristics of geology is unique over the world ' and because of these the special geochemistryelements are produced.Thus the unique geochemistry zone of element of area of west China is determined and owning to the special physical, chemical weathering affect apparently the large scale research of geochemistry and determination of general survey of low limit anomaly (band 2 anomaly research) , such as method choosing , data changing, upperest anomaly data deleting. Because of upper shielding, noise during the course of collecting data may be led to fault anomaly .So it is necessary to study the data of this area.This article firstly try to use artificial immune algorithm. Kalman Filter, wavelet to decrease noise.Secondly , using content-area of fractal algorithm to find the abnormal lower limit of decreasing data, so the method make up the fault of the traditional method of determination lower limit.Based on it the fractal of geochemistry element is built. Building up the system of abnormal geochemistry, working out abnormal and abnormal fractal picture, then using information fusion draw up the picture . connecting with the special geological background the abnormal explaining estimation is given.The new and creative idea in this paper lies in:l.using the artificial immune algorithm. Kalman Filter, wavelet method to deal with the noise of geochemistry element, eliminating the shield of the upperest values and fault abnormality have a good result.2 Presenting fractal mending content-area algorithm for the first time.Its main characteristics is that thinking about the location of geochemistry element and making up the fault of Chengqiu-ming's content-area. In the meantime mending Xie he-ping's project overlapping method in the partition of grid and the computation method of the fractal curve surface area.Content-area method take advantage of the number of data of content value greater than P to take place of the area A( P ) of it. But this method isn't certain to be reasonable .Content-area think about the space location of geochemistry element and project the number on the plane after interpolation .The area of content-curve surface is approximately worked out by square partition platform.This method could accurately reflect the area of the content curve surface. Project overlapping method takes 5x5 square partition on the project grid, through the changing the scale of the grid getting the different bestrow area S (5) .Content-area method take advantage of â–³xXâ–³y rectangle grid partition , making the data in this extent not limit in the square area, and increasing the control scale of content r in the computation of project area, only calculating the area of the effective curve surface of exceeding r, through changing the size of content r getting the different bestrow area S(r),thus determining the lower limit of chemistry anomaly.Using the content-area method determine anomaly of lower limit ,seeing from the anomaly picture,to make up the traditional method difficult to eliminate shield of upper value to avoid the abnormal loss of mineral ore and non-mineral anomaly, and this method can change the form of delineation abnormal exoteric line crenation which results from abnormal collection location and eliminate boundary serration effect which smoothless zone, having a good effect for determining abnormal mineral.3.The traditional line, has smooth function for its parameter, which hold the truth of parameter changement.Using the fractal to the fitting of geochemistry abnormal curve surface of convex among venter and instead which can reflect the abnormality zone to improve the value of mining.4.When we plot the graph of anomalies, the Sufer software was widely (usually)applied in geological research work today. In this paper, the Sufer techniques and mathematical methods are applied to demarcate the geochemical anomalies so that a lot of beautiful pictures could be plotted. This made the space information could be transformed between the graphs and the data timely, the standard of the quantification on the mineral resources evaluation and the forecast precision on the mineral formation are greatly improved. Therefore, the automation, intelligentization and visualization of regional mmeral formation, the mineral resources evaluation techniques are greatly upgraded. This is a paradigm for GIS and the integration of mathematical models.5.1n this paper, we attempt to apply the methods of noise reduction and content area method on anomaly demarcation with three different scales, i.e. 1:200, 000, 1:50, 000 and 1:10, 000.
