Songliao basin is largely composite Meso-cenozoic petroleum basin with fault anddepression architecture in east china. Recently, The exploration of Quantouzu,Qingshankou and yaojia formation gradually is charging from structure reservior tolithological reservoir. Because of multiplicity, complexity and subtle, Witch how toforecast lithological reservoir is difficulty. The highlight of this paper is carrying outthat the research of genesis and characteristic of slope break, of sedimentary modeland characteristic of shallow lacustrine. Accoding to the guide of sequencestratagrapgy theory , this paper systematically research the slope break and shallowlacustrine delta of depression controlling the distribution of lithological reservoir,using of approaches of high resolution sequence strata correlation, wave impedanceinversion, multiple logging parameter inversion, seismic property extracting andoptimizing, 3dimention visualization, seismic perspectivity and hydrocarbon detect,and identified lithological traps and forecasted lithological reservoir. Forecastingeffect was successful.According to the characteristics of structure, palaeography and depositionalsystem, in depression of Songliao basin, this paper talked about the flexure breakslope controlling the oil & gas distribution. The main research content included in thegenesis and the characteristics of flexure break slope, included in the flexure breakslope controlling the architecture of high resolution sequence strata, controlling thedifferentiation of sedimentation facies , controlling the distribution of sandstone styles,controlling the distribution of lithological reservoir, during depression of Songliaobasin.This paper talked about the genetic condition of shallow lacustrine delta ofPutaohua formation, talked about the sedimentary facies belt distribution of shallowlacustrine delta, generalized the distribution of sedimentary micro-facies styles andevolution characteristics of sedimentary environment during the depression stage ofSongliao basin. In the end, this paper generalized the sedimentary model of theshallow water lacustrine delta of Putaohua formation and distribution of litholgicalreservoir.This paper used new technique and new approaches of physics, included in thehigh resolution seismic data process approaches, high seismic amplitude, high realimagery, included in seismic wave impedance inversion and logging parameterinversion, included in the extracting and optimizing of seismic property, fluoroscopytechnique of seismic property, classification of seismic wave pattern, visualization ofthree dimention seismic data, cohere seismic data body, disintegration of seismicfrequency spectrum. According to different genetic condition of lithological reservoirand different styles reservoir characteristics, this paper carried out the identification oflithological traps and forecast the lithological reservoirs using the different physicalforecast techniques.Through research of flexure slope break and shallow lacustrine controlling thedistribution of lithological reservoir, integrating of geophysical forecasting approach,this paper forecasted the beneficial block and pointed out the exploration target of theflexure slope break and fore-delta of shallow lacustrine, in the depression of Songliaobasin.
