Human HSP90 CDNA Cloning, Expression And Their Expression Regulation Of Gene In Vivo

Cells and organisms can produce a group of concerved proteins when exposed to elevated temperature. The proteins was called heat shock proteins(hsps) . All organisms and cell researched are found to express hsps when heated. BSPs are divided into several classes depending upon their molecular weight and homologue. HSP90, one class of hsps, is consisted of the group of proteins which molecular weights are among 80-90kD. In eukaryoeyte, hap 90, including HSP α and β, is highly abundent proteins under normal condition. And in yeast it is necessary in the life. It is suggested that hsp90 would possesses important function in cells.Hsp90 are reported to associate with some important proteins including Kinase(p60^v-(?)r(?), casein kinase Ⅱ, HRI), steroid receptors. It induces their configuration changes, supports the designated functioal statue, and maintains the special conformations of those proteins. In vivo, hsp90s are interacted with actin and tubulin, and should participate in the cytoskeletal construction. But the functions and action mechanisms of HSP90 in cells are not clear.
