Analysis Of Antigenicity Of Recombinant Nucleocapsid Protein Of Hantaan Virus, Construction Of Eukaryotic Expressing Vectors, Stransient Expressed And Genetic Immunizing

Study on structure and function of viral nucleotide and constructive protein is a vital subject in modern molecular virology. The localization of neutralizing antigen determinant relating to infection and immune of virus as well as development of subunit vaccine, including localization of constructive protein, antigen and gene, is the emphasis. The present study showed that the neutralizing antigen determinant of virus with envelop is located on its envelopglycoprotein (gp) and there is no neutralizing epitope on nucleocapsid (NP). But some research suggested that there was neutrakizing epitope on NP of Hantaan virus (HTNV) probably. HTNV is an causative agent of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS),an acute and lethal infectious disease and there is no specific and effective medicine and vaccine at present. For this reason, study on antigenic epitope on NP of HTNV will contribute to clarification of infectious and immune mechanism of HTNV and antribute to development of subunit vaccine. In addition to, it is benificial to the deepening cognizance for distribution of neutralizing antigen determinant on viral constructive protein and localization on gene of virus with envelop.
