The exploration of quantum computation in quantum system began with the recognition of the feasibility. This was followed by a series of results leading up to demonstration that a quantum algorithm for certain problems including factoring and searching can pick up operation speed relative to classical. These results not only caused people to make deep research in theory, but also caused people to find suitable system to realize quantum computation in laboratory. Some experimental schemes have been mentioned. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR) is one of the schemes and it seems to be promising. We choose NMR techniques to realize some quantum algorithms. The major results in this thesis are mentioned as follow:1. Achieving the pulse sequences to realize the basic logical operations in experiments using NMR techniques , and also tested them by realizing some quantum algorithms.2. Two schemes to analyze the results of experiments were proposed: (a).performing a tomographic reconstruction of the density matrix; (b).analyzing the spectra directly to obtain the results according to the physical meaning of the spectra.3. Using NMR simulator to realize quantum computation, it will cause the spectra more clear, and the operations more convenient, especially for lager N-qubit.4. Analyzing three methods to prepare effective pure state: logical labeling, space averaging, temporal averaging. We used NMR spectrometer and simulator to realize 2-qudit effective pure state by logical labeling and temporal averaging method.5. Realizing D-J algorithm and Grover algorithm on NMR...
