Land is the absolutely necessary basic nature resources for human living and developing. Reasonably exploring land resources and accelerating sustainable using of land resources are material bases of social economic sustainable development. If the sustainable using of land resources is expecting to be realized, we must understand land resources situation and its changing, so as to provide government in different level scientific basis to form land resources programming and exploration.As a modern high-tech method, remote sensing has many characters such as macroscopy, present, periodicity, abundant information and so on. It is low cost, impersonal and promptly to utilize and monitor land in remote sensing, and it can provide changing information of land using to land resources management, and can ensure the timely updating and application of the investigating data. In this article, seven cities such as Jinzhou in Liaoning province, Gongyi in Henan province, Huangshi in Hubei province,Weifang in Shandong province, and two provincial Open Economic Zone in Hainan and Guangxi are study experiment areas. SPOT5(or Quickbird) data are the main data resources. 1∶10000 topographic map (present land using map) and field GPS survey spots are geometric controlled spots. In this article, DEM data is introduced, highly precise remote sensing orthophotomap made by physical model is adopted. With GIS, the non-remote sensing data such as land using situation in congruent area, pick up the changing information in land using through difference image, computer automatic technology such as spectrum characteristically variability, and alternate interpreter between computer and human. The main result and innovation are as the follows:1,Through the contrast and analysis on several method of Data Elevation Model(DEM), it is believed the photographical survey is one of the best way to collect the high precision land controlled spots. It is easy operating, reliably precise, and it can confirm the contour line quality and the orthophotomap corrective precision.2,Figure differential coefficient corrective technology can realize precision, correct and amalgamation of remote sensing photomap. High precision orthophotomap correcting is the most direct and important way for fix quantify of remote sensing image. In fact, according to related parameter and DEM, figure orthophotomap is achieved by figure differential coefficient corrective method and simultaneity incline correct and projection difference correct.
