Based on data of seismic, geology, logging and experiment measurement middle and shallow strata in Binbei region, caprock seal ability, fault seal, gas diffusion loss amount and hydrodynamic force conditions were systemly studied by combination of comprehensive geological analysis and numerical simulation. On the basis of it, controlling of oil-gas conservation to oil-gas distribution was studied. By the analysis of macroscopic development characteristics and microcosmic seal ability of caprock, seal ability of caprocks of middle and shallow strata in Binbei region was comprehensively evaluated using the method of fuzzy mathematics. Areas of best seal ability of K1qn mudstone caprock distribute in Duerbote-Daqing-Anda areas, and better ones are in Suihua-Mingshui-Lindian-Qiqihaer-well Tong1 areas , middle ones are in Yian-Wangkui areas, bad ones are in the north of Baiquan. Areas of best seal ability of K1n1+2 mudstone caprock distribute in Qiqihaer-Duerbote-Daqing-Anda, better ones are in Lanxi-Mingshui-Yian-well Linshen1 areas, its distribution areas are less than that of K1qn caprock, middle ones are along Qinggang-Baiquan-well Tong1 distribution,bad ones are along Beian-Wangkui and its east distribution. According to small of fault development and big of fault density, vertical seal of faults on T1 and T2 in Beibei region was evaluated by the relation between orientation of maximum principle compressive stress and strike direction of fault. Most of faults on T1 and T2 have best and better vertical seal, only a few faults on T1 and T2 have middle and bed vertical seal. On the basis of division of gas diffusion system, gas diffusion loss amount of main hydrocarbon sourcerocks in Binbei region in different geological periods was calculated by Fick's law, gas diffusion loss amount of K1qn sourcerock is 5.3×1011m3, which accounts for 34% of total gas generation amount. Gas diffusion loss amount of K1n1+2 sourcerock is 2.5×1011m3, which accounts for 19.4% of total gas generation amount. It indicates that gas diffusion loss amount of middle and shallow strata in Binbei region are so big that it is not favorable for gas to accumulate and conservate. By the study of hydrodynamic force conditions in Binbei region, it was considered that the north of Binbei region is influenced by endocentric infiltration water, it is not favorable for oil-gas to accumulate, the south was influenced by centrifugal diagenetic water, it is favorable for oil-gas to accumulate. Hydrodynamic force conditions of S,P,G and F,Y oil layers are all strong. Hydrodynamic force conditions in the east of Binbei region are stronger because of alternation action of different types of surface water.Ground water near Beizhou railroad line has been sealed. Collision belt distributes in the north of Binzhou railroad line. Hydrochemical field accords well with hydrodynamic force field.On the basis of analysis of each factor influencing oil-gas conservation, oil-gas conservation conditions of S.P.G. and F.Y. oil layers was comprehensively evaluated. Areas of best and better oil-gas conservation conditions distributes along Binzhou railroad line. Well Huo1 and well Shuang3 of S,P,G oil layer locate in the best oil-gas conservation area, other five wells locate in better oil-gas conservation areas, well Ren1,well Ren5 and well Ren8 of F,Y oil layer locate in the best oil-gas conservation area, other three well locate in better oil-gas conservation area, It indicates that the better oil-gas conservation conditions is,the more favorable for oil-gas to accumulation.
