According to the foreland requirement in geophysical computing field and status of E-science technique,this dissertation proposed and established task describe mechanism of geophysical computing with XML, presented concept of grid-based computational pipeline with workflow reference to establish geophysical computing model and complete computing process automatically.Basing on the grid resource were employed efficiency with dynamic resource scheduling arithmetic.1,A geophysical computing platform is established on the grid . PCs and stations on internet were employed efficiency ,so grid resources were shared in whole.2,XML the business language is used in the field of geophysical computing,so the complicated geophysical questions were described by the method of network.A question is solved that computing task description was translated into process computer- description.3,According to the principle and technique of grid workflow, computational pipeline based on grid was proposed and a dynamic petri scheduling model was established.4,GGCP dynamic resource scheduling algorithm was proposed.5,GGCP archetype was established on GT4,so the idea of GGCP was validated that a E-science platform for geophysical computing could be seted up based on Grid with XML as task description language and with grid computational pipeline as task scheduling engine.Making full use of computational pipeline theory, grid-based geophysics computational pipeline system combines the present grid computational achievements to improve the computational capability. An application platform is formed for e-Science to be used in geophysics scientific system. By conforming the geophysics computing software and making the most of software and hardware resources, the potential of the geophysics computing tool is explored, thus the disciplinary development is promoted greatly.
