The paper has carried on research and discussion around several key problems and technology of spatial resource's semantic registration and queries in the realm of the geography information engineering. Semantic registration and queries develop by semantic web and ontology technique, have become the related realms such as artificial intelligence and geography information system etc in recent years of research hotspot. The paper introduces the semantic registration and retrieval technique to the sharing research of spatial resource, has carried on the discussion to some of them's unresolved problem; Has improved some relevant models and algorithms; And has employed the key part of the research results of these theories actually the discussion.Domestic organization in utilize semantic web technology, grid calculate and OGC relevant standard carry on spatial resource sharing still relative to lag behind. A lot of domestic and international research makes use of maturity technology of grid to put up the spatial resource-sharing, but there are very high technological thresholds in the technology of ground floor of grid, unfavorable to use. The paper utilizes grid sphere technology, has proposed a spatial resource-sharing system framework, can shield ground floor grid technology, easy to carry on, register and search, study with further spatial resources on the basis of grid sphere. The domestic research that registers to spatial resources is more weak, especially less in semantic registering. The paper combines the foreign latest research results to this current situation, and merge OGC and grid technology together, have put forward the new registered method of spatial resource based on OGC and grid, has solved the semantic registration problem of spatial resources.After spatial resources are registered, how can effective searching is very key. Domestic and international method and way that search to various resources are studied more at present, but analyze there is little research that the semantic of spatial resources searches in an all-round way. The paper adopts relevant semantic engine to search and deduce to the spatial data, combine to spatial present semantic match algorithm put forward one new semanteme match, different from adopting the similar method of degree, has prevented the similar degree of services calculated from matching algorithms and carrying out lower problem of efficiency. Our contributions consist of following four parts.First, unifies the OGC standard, the semantic technology, the grid sphere technology and so on to propose a spatial resource sharing gateway platform model. (1) has analyzed the existing grid gateway architecture, uses GridSphere to take in the spatial resource sharing system construction a part, can shield the first floor grid technology to realize the detail fully, is advantageous carries on spatial management and so on resources registration, retrieval. (2) in the grid gateway foundation, unifies OGC the related construction and the standard, proposes under the new generation grid environment spatial resource sharing architecture model. This model the grid technology, the OGC standard and so on unifies in together, can provides an interoperability for the spatial resources tenderer and the user the platform. (3) proposed the semantic middleware's concept, it is in the spatial resource sharing architecture model a very important part. Through the semantic middleware, this model can provide based on the semantic spatial resources registration, the management, the retrieval and so on believed that surpasses non-semantic by far the spatial resources registration and the retrieval model. (4) the multianalysis this model's movement pattern, has maintained the main body, the spatial resources tenderer registration resources and the spatial resources solicitant including the superintendent retrieves processes and so on resources.Second, the union grid table of contents technology, the OGC related standard and the international advanced research achievement, the data table of contents memory and the mechanism conduct the research and the comparison visit to the grid environment, proposes based on OGC and the grid technology spatial resources registration model.
