Miner's life and national penates are threatened by the coal mine gas, and the exact mensuration of coal seam gas content is the basis of all work about gas prevention and cure; but, there are some disfigurements about existing gas content mensuration means, and the veracity is not very good; therefore, seeking after the new methods of gas content mensuration, improving the veracity of it, it is very improment for these to coal mine gas disaster prevention and cure.In the text, firstly, the disfigurement was analyzed about gas content mensuration means presently, and it inclueds two aspects: fetching the coal core of fixure is incapable of realization and the proportion of gas loss quantity is bigger. The experiments were conducted about gas desorption disciplinarian in the conditions of low temperature and coal core sealed, and the results show that it is better for sealing coal core by making use of sealing fluid to reduce the velocity of coal core gas desorption. The mechanism of sealing fluid enveloping coal core gas was analyzed in theory, and the computation formula was educed about the gas moving displacements in the sealing fluid; the technology of measuring gas content of stress-releasing and sealed coal core was presented on the basis of it. Its principle is shown as follows: the hunk coal core of fixure is fetched by the core drill equipment, and the coal core is sealed by the sealing fluid, and the gas loss in the process of fetching coal core falls furthest in the function of negative pressure storehouse.The gas flowing field styles were obtained by the means of numerical simulation about the coal of the bore's frontage of fetching coal core, the ribs of roadway and the tunneling frontage of roadway; the theory calculation formulas of destressing gas zone width were deduced; gas loss quantity (it accounts for 10% of coal core's content) and depth of fetched coal core may be computed by making use of these formulas. The fetching core implement of transmitting by single pipe was designed and produced, and the appropriate fetching coal core aiquille and sealing fluid were chosen, and the assistant equipments including the coal canister, the vacuum deairing system and the crush system were manufactured or mended.
