By analyzing, We design the Cu,Ni/ Y-A12O3 catalyst, and evaluate it in pulse microreactor. We also consider the effect of the load of Cu on catalyst activity, and get when the ratio of Cu/Ni is 31.59%, the catalyst is the most active, and determine the dynamic parameters of catalyst.Because of the dehalogenation of catalyst, We introduce the TiO2 in the catalyst. By experiment, We find that the Cu,Ni/ Y-A12O}, TiO2 has quite high activity, and also decrease the dedaloganation remarkably. In the extended application, compared to the industrialized Cu-Zn-Cr , Cu,Ni/ Y-A12O3, TiO2 also show the higher activity, stability, and good selective.Based on the accumulated errors emendation method, We introduce the dynamic errors emendation method. We adopt the 6-20-2 BP-ANN, and the Delta learning rule. The model fitted the relation of the operation parameters of impregnation and activation of the catalyst quite well.
