Rapid developing animal husbandry promotes rural economy, improves the level of people's living standard, and also influences people's normal life and manufacture because of it's centralized and increasing larger amount of waste and changing component (eg.heavy metal, residual drug, microorganism) which result in serious environmental pollution. Despite it is a kind of waste, it is a kind of good renewable biological resources. By composting it and mixing it's composting products with mineral fertilizer (N,P,K). The organic complex fertilizer with high effectiveness can be produced. It can not only solve the problem of environmental pollution, but also result in good economical benefit and good social benefit.After the review and analysis of a large quantity of literature and comparison of the many composting systems, the Forced Aeration Static Pile Composting system was selected and according to the Chinese situation . Four composting piles, each one is six cubic meter size with forced aeration system were designed and constructed. Two turns and seven composting treatments had been conducted and the composting parameters were deeply studied, The results are:(1) Keeping 55 ℃ and lasting over two days, the disease-producing germ can be killed completely. When the surrounding temperature was above 0℃ and suitable other parameters, the compost can be finished.(2) Moisture content should not be over 60% .(3) As choosing bulking agent to adjust sharing , we must think over the true state of affairs. When the content of organic matter is above 50%,the composting process can be finished.(4) The composting product is a kind granule of loose texture which is very easy broken and does not attract fly and mosquito. The moisture content of composting product has reduced 19.51%.The temperature in composting process between 55-60癈 is fit for chemistry normal and hygienic normal.Through improving two models of Beltsville and Rutgers which are usually used in composting, a new air flow controlling model -BR is the first time gained, by which aeration is controlled, the composting is successes in two typical climate conditions ?It has the first time established multifactor reaction dynamics model(also model of organic matter decompose ) and built variation rule models of moisture and temperature according to the analysis of thermal and mass balance and the results of computer simulation in Forced Aeration Static Pile Composting system of Swine Manure.
