This paper is making a thorough and detailed research to the "ninety-five" project of CNPC. Presently sand control of oil well control, while the research of inorganic matter is very little .the research of permeable microfine cement technology which can be apt to extensive purview of temperature and different demand in the sand control ;not only can broaden apply horizon of cement ,but also supply a new thought for the sand control. after drilling ,possible layer of sand flow can adopt permeable microfine cement to pack instead of conventional completion technology such as barefoot completion ,gravel pack .It will be a innovation of barefoot completion technology.This paper select the microfine cement according to the porous character of formation, Then, on the basis of analysis of the hydration character, hydration product and porous construct of Microfine cement, writer propose the ways to raise the permeable rate of microfine cement: raise the diameter of pore and increase the number of pore and connect them .Through a lot of experiment, GS-5 is synthesized finally, It is a chemical modified product from a natural complicated organic matter GD and inorganic matter MD, finally product an additive of Microfine cement to raise the permeable rate .at the same time, so as to raise the permeable rate further, intensify the effect of penetration-raising agent, This paper product the penetration-facilitating agent to meet the demand of concrete operation. This agent is mainly a fiber-like matter whose inside contains capillary interstice. It can intensify the connection between the pore and the pore and make Gs-5e raise the permeable rate of cement further. The permeable rate is from0.09um2 to 1.5um2, compression strength is from 6 to SMPa.The cement system can control sand that its diameter is above 0.0074cm across oil well.According to the construct, hydration process and mechanism of G cement. This paper product special retardant, special filtration-reducing agent and selective dispersant. These additive have good synthesis capability and have little effect to other quality. Besides great main capability .This paper studies the synthesis capability of permeable microfme cement, too. Result suggest this cement system have good operation capability, strong capability of shield sand and erosion-resist .It can be not only used for initial sand control, but also later sand control, which is a potential technology for sand control.This paper use scanning electron microscope, electron microprobe and X-diffraction analysis .etc .to study the cementing matter of permeable rate, and that supply the theoretic authority, make the foundation for developing serial agent used for all kind of well condition.
