Recently it is the search hot point to discover the anti-cancer medicine with high effect and low poison. The dissertation describe the study on the coordination reaction and bio-activities of 1,2,4,5-tetrazines and azines, and found following new points: (1) 19 compounds of s-tetrazine were synthesized including 7 new compounds. And it was found firstly that 3,6-substituted-S-tetrazines have anti-cancer activity. (2) 21 compounds of azine were synthesized. The two Crystals, bis( a -chloro-benzylidene) hydrazine and bis( a -chloro-o-chloro-benzylidene)hydrazine were determined by X-ray. And it was found that some azines also have some anti-cancer activity. (3) The coordination of azine with salts of transition metal were investigated and 10 new complexes were prepared. It was clear that the anti-cancer activity of coordinates were stronger than the ligands. (4) The coordination of tetrazine with salts of transition metal were investigated and 15 complexes were prepared including 14 new compounds. It was also found that the anti-cancer activity of the complexes wore more strong than the ligands, and the bioactivity was related to the center metal ion of the coordinate. Some coordinates have much more strong anti-cancer activity than 5-Fu. (5) The coordination of tetrazine, 3,6-(3-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-s-tetrazine with salts of rare earth was investigated and 2 new complexes were prepared. The single crystal of Ce (III) complex was studied by X-ray. It was found the ligand was decomposed during the process in an unusual way. The mechanism of the decomposition process was be discussed briefly. (6) The free radical (O2-) inhibition rate have been tested by nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) method and DMSO method. The free radical ( OH) inhibition rate have been tested by Fenton method. It was found that compounds have activity inhibiting the free radical (O-2, and no activity for the free radical (OH) . (7)The activities of herbicide, pesticide and antibacterial were tested. It was found that some compounds have pesticide activities.
