The development of analysis method of pharmacy is the essential step for the determination of pharmacokinetics parameters. According to the study procedure of pharmacodynamics and the characteristics of biological sample, the appropriate methods such as direct injection of the sample and on-line concentration technique should be used to determine the pharmacodynamics parameters. CE can meet these needs but the determination limit of CE is relatively low. In this study, on-line sweeping concentration technique was applied to the pharmacodynamics study and the analysis of trace Ciproflocxacin in the human blood. Furthermore, the effects of different factors, such as, pH, injection amount, micellar concentratration, and ionic intensity on the concentraation were studied. Various causes that resut in the appearance of false peaks during the sweeping was investigated and the false peaks can be avoided in the experiment. The results show that the direct injection of the samples (free from the protein) can simplify the complicated procedures and shorten separation time. The on-line sweeping concentration technique is economical and easy to operate. The concentration effect of 600 times can be obtained. Meanwhile, the analytical method of trace inpurity in the raw drug materials and environmental wasted water was also developed.Capillary eletrophoresis frontal analysis can be used to determine both the free and the total drug concentration in the body fluid to obtain drug-proteinbinding parameters. CE/FA is used to to determine the binding parameters of the acidic drug nateglinide and amlodipine enantiomers to protein.ICP-AES method was applied for the determination of the trace elements in Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge and for the analysis of the relationship between the contents of and its toxicology.
