The BFS MTC(blast furnace slag mud to cement) technology have the advantage of mixing, cementing and resorting much improving the cementing quality, reducing the cementing cost , protecting the environment and have been more and more paid attention to widely by the petroleum industry and the drilling circle in recent years. Now, many scholar at home and abroad take up with this study too and acquire many achievements. But this technology have many unresolved problem like the solids high temperature crazing, the feasibility of solidifying the mud sheath and so on which limit the BFS MTC technology to be extented and applied. In order to resolve above-mentioned problems, develop the application scope of the BFS MTC and give full play to the advangate of the technology, this paper made the systematic study for the technology and gave the emphasis for three problems which is the solids high temperature crazing, the matching aruhuesiru studing and the mud sheath soliding.This paper systematically studied the slag hydration productions, the hydrating character and difference in the high and low temperature, and starting with the slag hydrating mechanism and based on a great many of experiments studied the cause and the infection factor of the MTC solids crazing. The root gcause of the high temperature MTC solids crazing is that the slag hydration production C-S-H gel has the high C/S ration, friable character, the worse whole cementing property and the easy transition of the crystal form. It is a basic approach by controlling the hydrating velocity of the slag MTC in the high temperature. Through researching and developing the MTC activator, this paper discovered the neutral and low alkaline activator which can effectively control the hydrating reaction and improve the hydration production and which is a effective approach to solving the MTC solids crazing and on the basic found the prediction model of the slag MTC solids crazing.The development of the matching aruhuesiru is key to guarantee the slag MTC technology to be practically extended and applied, through the slag MTC dispersant MF, the retarder MH , the elasticizer MZR researched in this paper and the rational collocation which can ensure the slag MTC slurry have the good workability and at the same time ensure the solids have the good mechanical property that can satisfy the require of the oil and gas well anaphase exploitation and empoldering.This paper studied the feasibility that solidify the wellcementing slurry and the mud sheath, the experiments indicated that the slag MTC slurry had the good cementing effect with mud sheath of the multifunctional drilling fluid. The multifunction drilling fluid combined with the slag MTC cementing technology can properly weaken the cementing replacing technology, give full play to the technical and economic advantage of the slag MTC technology, improve the cementing quality and have a wider application prospect.
