Chlorine-containing graft-polymers were prepared by chain-transfer graft copolymerization, mechanochemical graft copolymerization and chlorinated-graft copolymerization. Their synthesis, characterization, and properties were discussed in this thesis. The results show: that the effects of chlorine content of CPE, reactive time, initiator concentration and monomer concentration on the reaction are critical; that a new polymer is synthesized in making an appointment with properties, for example, excellent processability, good heat resistance and good solvents resistance ect.; chlorine content, reactive time, kind of monomer and monomer concentration are relative to the structure of polymers; graft copolymerization of elastomer is achieved by adding solid filler in mechanochemical reaction, and the product, maleic anhydride and styrene grafted onto chlorinated polyethylene, is a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent physical-mechanical properties; the extrusion temperature of the material, that is methyl methacrylate and styrene are grafted onto chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride), is lower 20~30℃than chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride)'s and has a good chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride); that in chlorinating-grafting method, chlorinating reaction and graft copolymerization take place simultaneously; it is simple and effective; the products have a special property and structure; by this process, a huge number of new materials in structure of polymer with making an appointment will be prepared conveniently and cheaply.
