| The nonlinear behaviour of polymer alloys could be summerized in 8 types of property-composition curve. In view of the random motion of , the competition for spatial site of, the attraction or repulsion between the rhain segments of both polymer, a general equation with 6 parameters and a simpler equation with 4 parameters were derived on the basis of Sub-cluster Theory. The fit provided by those equations to large quantity of rheologic property-composition curve gave good accuracy . The regular change of parameters optimized with morphology, shear level, temperature and other factors were systematically summerized. The relationship between viscosity-and elasticity-composition curve were also reflected in the parameters.A number of polymer alloys were prepared for test, analysis and study. The peculiar characteristi(?)s in morphology of each alloy and associated equation parameters were also discussed. |
