The evaluation of the mine ventilation system ensures the system's rationality and the stability and prevents the important disaster. Using science method acquires useful knowledge in the process of evaluation, then saves them to the knowledge model warehouse to analyze the dangerous source of coal mining accidents and supplies the information to analyse supplement. The dissertation mainly studies in the theory of formal concept analyse. Based on the subsume index, it concerned some phenomenon of the process of mine ventilation system evaluation, and presented three algorithms of mining knowledge in the evaluation process of the mine ventilation system by formal concept analyse, namely the algorithm of mining agreement knowledge based on isomorphism context of logical scaling; the algorithm of formal concept analysis constrained by attribute dependence formulas; the algorithm of generating all pseudo-intents with intent reduces of formal concept, then obtains the Duquenne-Guigues base with all pseudo-intents, and gains implication rules and simple decision rules.In the above research foundation, it presents the new knowledge model base of the mine ventilation systems evaluation based on formal concept analyse theory, and the knowledge by the above three algorithms is took a part of knowledge in knowledge model base and enhanced the accuracy of the evaluation of mine ventilation systems.
