Metallurgy industry is typical high energy consumption industry, the online multiple parameter analysis technology of smelt and end-point control tactics pay attention on studying the relationship between end-point control and smelt multiple parameters,improve detecting method,design online detect system,service fo end-point control.According to detcet parameters, regulate control tactics through changing oxgen supply strength and coolant blow strength.The project is to take that the ferroalloy smelt procedure of production as specific object of study.The traditional middle low carbon chronmium iron alloy electric-silicothermic process reforms to AOD furnace refine ferroalloy.Start up argon oxgen ferroalloy precedent.AOD furnace is high temperature,more dust,it's mechanism model has characteristics of nonlinear,uncertainty,strongly coupled,w we designed hot metal online detect system based on LIBS which detects temperature,carbon element and other elements of smelting process online,start precedent of online detect for ferroalloy smelting process, Here the basis is upper,we carry out the online multiple parameter analysis technology of smelt and end-point control tactics research and realize, The specific studies are as follows:(1) Combined with the research background of the topics, analysed ferroalloy smelting field current situation at home and abroad.brought forward Argon Oxygen ferroalloy refining technology, carried out new handicraft experiment research,and realized Argon Oxygen ferroalloy refining new technology.we introduced Argon Oxygen ferroalloy refining new technology in detail,then have done comparision between new technology and conventional technology(2) In the process of AOD stove smelt ferroalloy, parameters can not be detect directly, then can not control smelt process, we designed AOD stove online detect system based on LIBS, structured LIBS Experiment system. We used intermediate frequency furnace and gas supplying device simulate AOD stove in the laboratory, realized temperature,carbon element and other elements of smelting process detects online. Have analysed the relationship between mainly parameters.(3) End-point control regulates carbon element and temperature through control strength of blowing oxygen and the coolant, Reach the demand of target ferroalloy component and the temperature. The End-point Control system is divided into two parts, the end-point forecast(process control) and the end-point control. We introduced the BP neural network, through the standardization of the raw data, used Quasi-Newton algorithm train network, establish the model of carbon content and the temperature in the end-point. Simulation results show that the method can be used for the actual smelting procession.
