The article put special stress on an original technology with which the TiO2 nanocrystal of highly catalytic activity can be prepared in low temperature—two-steps microwave radiation. It includes the process of preparation, the morphology and internal structure of crystals, particle diameter, specific surface area, photocatalytic activities and the influencing factors. Besides, it proposed the marcokinetics equation to describe the growth of nanocrasytal under two-steps microwave radiation. Compared with the sol-gel method and coating method which coat TiO2 nanocrystal: on the magnetic microspheres of Fe3O4 The TiO2 nanocrystal made by two steps microwave radiation has the best catalytic activity , TiO2 nanocrystal coating on the Fe3O4 particles takes the second place and it is easy to recover. Products prepared by sol-gel method has the lowest catalytic activity among the threemethods. In this study, a photocatalysis degradation system of the TiO2 nanocrystal prepared by two-steps microwave radiation, H2O2 and UV light is used in degradation of 1-naphthol in aqueous solution. The result of research is that perfectly removing of CODcr and TOC.of the solution can be removed via using this system, which proved the highly activity of the TiO2 nanocrystal made by two-steps microwave radiation, The machematical statistic analysis of the timing , multi-point GC/MS data of the intermediate products in the degradation process not only proved that the photocatalytic oxidation degradation process is very complex but also put forward the main three pathways of the 1-naphthol degradation reaction paths. In addition, the degradation of organic simulation wastewater (contains Acid Complex Black WAN and 1-naphthol) used the self-made serpentine pipe reactor and TiO2 nanocrystal prepared by two steps microwave radiation was introduced. The results showed that the process is effective for the treatment to the dying wastewater.
