Particleboard is one of the major product in the wood industry with high value-added and high-tech, and its production and application is one of the main route of economical and efficient utilization of wood resources, which is a positive and important way to improve the rate of multipurpose utilization forest resources, alleviate increasing the supply and demand of wood resource conflicts and protect the ecological environment. Meanwhile, Glue dosing working procedure symbolizes particleboard production technical level, as one of the important elements, which is also the main obstacle to catch-up world standards in the particleboard industry. The major gap is gule dosing process optimization and fundamental theory research, establishment of process large delay, nonlinear, strong coupling mathematical model, research of intelligent control with high-performance index. This dissertation origin from 948 national project "wood-based panel dosing intelligent diagnosis control technology research" (2006-4-109) and Heilongjiang Province Science projects "Particleboard glue mixing and dosing intelligent CNC system research" (GB06 A505), the following research aspects are proposed:According to the classic hydrokinetic Navier-Stokes equations, mainly due to Reynolds time-averaged equations, applying fluent software as computing platform of flow simulation, the pipe fluid velocity and pressure changes in different pressure of circumstances is analyzed. By pulse excitation test methods, change of velocity, large delay and high inertia in glue dosing process is analyzed quantitatively, which, on this basis, can determine mechanism model structure of glue dosing system. Using genetic factor recursive least squares algorithm to identify structure parameters, the demands compliance model of expression with a variety of particle board glue dosing system is demonstrated. There are some characteristics in the process of particleboard glue dosing in low-frequency condition such as large delay and high inertia, due to technology requirement of rapid response of control system, cascade control methods fuzzy Smith Predictor is utilized, using fuzzy Smith Predictor compensation the adverse effects of the process such as high inertia and large delay, the cascade controller control for master-slave rings on liquid flow and motor speed, motor inertia and latency well outside the scope of verification, robustness is proven by this simulation. The process for Particleboard glue dosing under medium-frequency condition has characteristics with model uncertainty and uncertain factors, as well as external disturbances such issues like this, design of particleboard glue dosing robust H∞controller is studied. Making LMI as the tools, the robust H∞controller with the delay characteristics as well as non-delay characteristics is designed, analyzing the robust stability of control system through simulation of Matlab/Simulink which verify the validity of this method. Finally, GM&D-A-type Particleboard glue control unit and integration testing platform is used to test the robust control methods proposed by the article. Comparison test results for incremental PID control methods and presented robust H∞control method show that this article presented better control effect, and test results and simulation results tally basically. The process for high-frequency particleboard glue dosing condition has non-linear behavior problem, whose controller is designed by adaptive back-stepping. The appropriate Lyapunov function is selected to guarantee the stability of the entire system, and then fulfilling nonlinear control of glue dosing flow. The control law and parameters adaptive laws is deduced, which gives particleboard glue dosing system non-linear equations. Back-stepping control and adaptive back-stepping sliding mode control simulation study is carried out to implement high-performance global asymptotically stable tracking control of glue dosing flow in the condition of parameter uncertainty and load disturbance. Simulation results show that adaptive back-stepping sliding mode control has strong interference rejection and robustness.
