In this dissertation, the innovative design theory, methods and key technologies of mechanical products for enterprises are studied systematically, and the innovative design software tools are developed. The main contents of the dissertation are as following:1.The collaborative innovation developing model for whole product lifecycle ,and the process model of product innovative design, as well as the uniform process model of product innovative design based on different view have been proposed , the innovative design architecture and tool frame for computer aided product innovative design have been constructed. These technologies support enterprises coordinately confirm which stage of product design can achieve innovation in the internet condition, unify the process of concept design, product design, innovative design, computer aided innovative design which is beneficial to achieve product innovative design in many sides.2.The market demand innovative analysis model and its tool frame have been constructed, which evolve the traditional market segment method, and make the process of objective market decision making as well as the product technology level determining automatically. The proposed topology hierarchy of demand analysis and the created corresponding demand obtaining template can aided people to market innovation effectively.3.Based on the study of new TRIZ technical system evolution s-curve forms and evolutionary potential radar plot ,the decision-making procedure model of core technology of enterprises product has been presented, and the corresponding technology strategic aiming at product different technology evolution stages is proposed, which can make the objects decision-making process of product innovative development be operative. 4.Based on the QFD technology, the mapping from customer demands to technology characteristic, and function, as well as configuration composes, has been integrated with function analysis, which can improve the validity of function evaluation. Aiming at the current common problems when people use the TechOptimizer, a transform matrix of engineering language terms of product innovative design and TRIZ technology characteristics is built, which can steer people using the CAI software correctly. 5.New classifying methods of function for innovative design, and the description model of function framework are presented; The new value engineering is defined, and the new evaluate method and a new algorithm which takes into account all the factors is created; These methods improve the objectivity and rationality, and can discover the innovative direction effectively. 6.The system model for innovative problems solving based on TRIZ is constructed, which steers people to solve innovative problems using CAI software effectively.7.Based on above outcomes of study, the innovative design software tools is developed, and a sample product of edge position control system is used to demonstrate the tool to aid people to real market demand innovative analyzing , position product technology level , decision-making new product development objects, and innovative problems analyzing in the internet condition.
