In the course of the increasing development of our country, the energy consumption of buildings takes up more and more proportion of the overall energy consumption of cities, which makes a sharper contradiction between development and energy. Intelligent buildings are more convenient and comfortable, however their energy consumption during the operation arouses a big concern in society. As a result, the research of the energy conservation of Intelligent buildings is becoming more and more important. 60% of the overall energy consumption of intelligent buildings results from the operation of the building facilities. Therefore, in this dissertation the ways of energy conservation in the operation of the building facilities, combined with the practice in construction projects are studied mainly.The following contents will be studied stressly in this article:(1) To analyse the energy consumption composition in the various sub-systems, including air-conditioning system, water supply and draining system, illumination system and elevators system, to establish relevant mathematical model of energy consumption analysis, to establish the technology frame and target system of the energy conservation controlling of architectural facilities.(2) To analyse the integrated controlling of intelligent buildings facilities, including the technology basis, the communication protocol, the architecture and the controlling contents of. To analyse the controlling content of water supply and draining system, illumination system and elevators system, to put forward relevant energy conservation measure.(3) To study the structure and energy consumption in air-conditioning system, including the cooling, water, air treating, fresh air and the ways of saving energy. Meanwhile, to develop a kind of energy-saving air-conditioning system and put forward a strategy of energy conservation in air-conditioning, based on the calculation of the target on-line optimized function.(4) To construct an emulational model; to conduct emulational experiments and analyze the results of the emulational experiments for the research of energy conservation in air-conditioning, based on the calculation of the target on-line optimized function.(5) To develop and effect a new energy-saving air-conditioning system; to analyze...
