Osteoarthritis, injury and other diseases can destroy articular cartilage and bring a direct impact for joint function. But the cartilage tissues lack the capability of self-regeneration, and it’s very difficult to treat the problem of articular cartilage defect. In recent years, the development of tissue engineering techniques has brought a new method for cartilage treatment.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are a kind of cells that can self replicate and update, and can differentiate into bone, cartilage, fat, nerve, muscle and so on. Because of this characteristic, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells play an important role in the engineering technology of cartilage tissue cells,But Articular cartilage injury repair is mainly faced with the great difference in the structure and physiological functions between tissue enginning cartilage and normal cartilage. So the researchers are trying to optimize tissue engineering techniques by obtaining better seed cells, reforming the three-dimensional scaffold, regulating cell proliferation and transdifferention. In our study,we try to repaire the articular defect through culturing the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the silk fibroin/Hyaluronic Acid three-dimensional scaffold. We will reprogram the articular cartilage cells obtained from the children polydactyly into pluripotent stem cells with the induced pluripotent stem cell technique. We try to study the result of inducing the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to transdifferent into cartilage cells, and also study the the structure and physiological functions of the cartilage cutured in the silk fibroin/Hyaluronic Acid scaffold.
