Experimental Research On Qizhi Complex Prescription Treatment Of Fatty Liver

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qizhi Complex prescription to Fatty-liver and investigate its pharmacodynamics.Methods: High fatty diet and white wine perfusate were used to make the fatty liver model of rat for 8 weeks. Compared with Dongbao Gantai as the control medicine, fatty liver rats were treated by Qizhi complex prescription for 4 weeks and observed on: (1) TC, TG; (2) ALT, AST, ALP, GGT; (3) Liver~TG, TC; (4) DTD, SOD, MDA; (5) Kupffer cells; (6) fluidity of hepatocellular microsome and mitochondria membrane? (7) pathology and ultrastructure of hepatic tissue.Results:High fatty diet and white wine perfusate might cause the fatty liver model of rat with chronic fatty liver symptoms and lipoid hepatitis, which came into calm state in 4 weeks.Compared with model group, Qizhi Complex prescription may have effect on reducing lipidic aggradation in liver and activation of TC, TG, ALT, GGT, ALP; restraining Kupffer cell function of fatty liver rat; promoting SOD and DTD activation of hepatocellular microsome and decreasing MDA content; antagonizing the decline offluidity of hepatocellular microsome and mitochondria membrane. Qizhi complex prescription was significantly better than Dongbao Gantai in decreasing blood lipid, alleviating hepatocellular fatty degeneration and restraining Kupffer cell function; resisting lipid peroxide (SOD, MDA); antagonizing decline of fluidity of hepatocellular membrane and so on; Meanwhile the results of pathology and ultrastructure of liver showed that complex prescription may have better effect on anti- fatty liver and treatment on lipoid hepatitis, and have been obviously superior to Dongbao Gantai in anti-fatty liver.Conclusion:It was suggested that the pharmacodynamics and therapeutic function of Qizhi complex prescription to fatty liver were:1. Adjust lipometabolism: reducing TC and TG;2. Decreasing fatty degeneration of liver cell;3. Promoting the convalescence of hepatocellular function;4. Anti-lipid peroxide: increasing the activation of peroxidase, decreasing the content of products of lipid peroxide.5. Restraining Kupffer cell function of fatty liver rat;6. Improving fluidity of hepatocellular microsome and mitochondria.
