Objective: To afford theoretical foundation by lots of documentary research and to investigate the clinical effect of XiaoBiaHeJi in YiSeZhiSeFa on vitiligON the influence on tyrosinase which is important in metabolize melanin the influence on melanogenesis and in order to illustuate the feasibility and operating mechanisms. Methods: 74 Cases of patients was divided randomly into the test group treated with XiaoBaiHeJi and the control group with tablet of 8-mop. The survey was conducted on clinical effect nail creasesmicrocirculation endothelin-1 and serum IgG. The externalexperiment of the influence on tyrosinase of XiaoBaiHeJi and the animal experiment on the function of increasing the pigment to the cavy's skin and resuming the pigment to the vitiliginous model of cavy were also conducted.remarkably better than that of injection of psoralen (P<0.01) XiaoBaiHeJi could also remarkably increase the melanin-containing cell on the cavy's skin, improve the melanin's decrease on the vitiliginous model of cavy, which was remarkable than that of tincture of 8-MOP(P<0.01).2. XiaoBaiHeJi had a good clinical curative effect, which was remarkable than that of tablet of 8-Mop (P<0.05).3. XiaoBaiHeJi could significantly improve nail creases microcirculation and endothelin-1 and reduce serum IgG (P<0.01).Conclusion: YiSezhiSeFa had a remarkable clinical effect on treating Vitiligo .It achieved the effect by activating the tyrosinase, accelerating produce of melanin and improve microcirculation maintainig the regular metabolism of skin and modulating the immunity, keeping the regular function of melanocyte.
