This experiment adopts rats model with right middle cerebral arterial ischemia, by means of rolling training, balance training and Morris training , to observe the differentiation ability of mice in false operation group, rehabilitation group by rehabilitation training and model group without being trained , and to observe the action pattern of the ability to reflect memory maintenance by one passive avoidance reaction, and the memony of rats with brain infracted by rehabilitation training and its mechanism by means of the LTP record, the NMDA receptor channel record and the measurement of synaptic structure parameter of hippocampus CA3 area .Study content include:1. Comparison of the behaviour action ability of learning and memory of rats between false operation group ,rehabilitation group and model group.2. Changes in false operation group, rehabilitation group and the intracerebral synaptic structure parameter of the model group.3. Changes of LTP in false operation group, rehabilitation group and model group.4. Changes of the characteristics NMDA receptor channel in false operation group, rehabilitation group and of the model group.Results:1. After rolling training, balance training and Morris training , thereaching of the standard and needed training times done by rats in therehabilitation group are obviously less than that of the model group , which is of no remarkable significance in comparison with the false operation group in the measurement of Y-maze differentiation of learning action pattern. In the measurement of action pattern by one passive avoidance reaction, the STL of the rehabilitation group is apperently longer than that of the model group and there is no obvious significance in false operation group, which shows that rehabilitation training can promote the improvement of learning and memory of the rats with brain infracted.2. Most of the synapse of the model group are flat and straight, and the anterior membrance of the minority of the synapse is a bit curved and form a micro-concaved shape and a micro-praminent shape. Generally there's only an active area, and also there is an increase in concaved synapse in rehabilitation group. The "U" Shape synapse can be seen. Most of which have more than two active areas. There is no "U" shape synapse in false operation group. In the rehabilitation group there is an increase in the interface curve rate of synapse of the hippocampus CA3 area, in the thickness of PSD and in the percentage of perforated synapse, which shows the significance in contrast to false operation group, and compared with the model group, its difference is of remarkable significance. In the three groups of rats there is no notable significance in the length of activity band in hippocampus CA3 area and the width of synapse gap. The results show that rehabilitation training can improve learning and memory by means of changing the synaptic structure parameter.3. After the rehabilitation training (balance, grasping and holding things, turning round and walking ), the PS of the rehabilitation group isobviously higher than that of the model group, but compared with the false operation group, that is , compared with its primary line set before studying, it's a bit higher but not notable. This shows that rehabilitation training made synaptic effect of the mice with infarction strengthened. However, when the Y-maze differentiation learning of the false operation group, rehabilitation group and model group reached the standard, no notable difference was revealed by comparison with each other's PS , which suggests that once some action is obtained, the same LTP would be produced. Corresponding tests on learning have showed that the rehabilitation group's learning to reach the needed times is obviously less than that of the model group, which shows that rehabilitation training can strengthen the acquirement from learning .After learning the Y-maze differentiation ,the average peak incubation period o...
