The TCM Syndrome And Treatment Regular Rule Research On Urticaria

This thesis explores traditional Chinese medicine document that cures the Urticaria form Han Dynasty to now with the means of combining literature research and statistic analysis .The thesis has three part; -Firstly, thesis collects the ancient and modern document and analysis the development of Urticaria' s name, pathogen, pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, principle of treatment, recipe and herbs, and modern experiment research by the means of literature research.Secondly, studied 185 prescriptions of 1700 years which curing the Urticaria with the method of statistics, the thesis analyzes treatment condition and characters of the times before Yuan Dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasty, moden times and the whole diagnosis and treatment law on Urticaria of TCM with frequence analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis.Thirdly, according to the result of literature research and statistic analysis , Combining the theory of TCM , Combining the theory of TCM constitution, the thesis reconsider of pathogen, pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, principle of treatment, put forward new presumption combing of pathogen, pathogenesis, and constitution of Urticaria creatively, make a summary of basic prescription, the thesis put forward new system of differentiation of symptoms and treatment on Urticaria , and provide new train of thought to clinical doctors and researcher.
