Study On Antiarrhythmic Mechanism Of The Therapy Of Invigorating Qi And Ascending Qi Collapse

The paper observes syndromes distribution characteristics ofarrhythmia caused by viral myocarditis using clinic epidemiologymethod to clarify the principle of composition of the therapy ofinvigorating qi and ascending qi collapse from clinical andtheoretical angles. On the basis of the study of antiarrhythmicpharmacodynamics of Shenbai Injection, the paper observes theeffects of Shenbai Injection on action potential duration , sodiumchannels, potassium channels, calcium channels in singleventricular myocytes using whole cell patch clamp technique whichis the first time using compound prescription of Chinese medicine tostudy in order to clarify the antiarrhythmic mechanism of ShenbaiInjection. The results demonstrated that: 1.Pectoral qi collapse is acommon pathologic changes in viral myocarditis and has a closerelationship with invasion development of arrhythmia caused byviral myocarditis. The theory of Pectoral qi raised by Zhang Xichunis the theoretical basis of above study . Shenbai injection iscomposed by the principle of "Invigorating qi and ascending qicollapse, removing blood stasis and phlegm"which aim at syndromeof pectoral qi collapse. 2. Shenbai Injection have a betterantagonism to arrhythmia induced by Bacl2, Ouabain ,Aconitinewhich suggested Shenbai Injection can inhibit ventriculararrhythmia and exits dose-effect relationship in certain scope. 3.Oneof antiarrhythmia mechanism of Shenbai Injection is due to theincrease of APD in the heart. Shenbai Injection can block severalion channels which suggests its many targets cooperationantiarrhythmic effects, thus avoid proarrhythmia of single ion channel blocker. The important ion antiarrhythmia mechanism of Shenbai Injection is that it can block INa, Ik1 , I to and increase ICa which make APD belonged at several links. At the same time, Shenbai Injection have a certain positive myodynamic effect.
