The subject of the Available Substances from Rhizoma Curcumae and the Standardization Research of Yinpian came from a section of research contents of the Yinpian Technology of Rhizoma Curcumae and the Standardization Study of Rhizoma Curcumae quality standard, which was the subsidiarysubject of an important project whose name was the Modernized Study and the Industrialized Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The author of this thesis studied the Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton which was used often in chinical research. The author studied deeply and systematically the bioactive substances, the standardization processing technology of Yinpian and the quality standard. This experiment was about the platelet aggregation of rabbits induced by ADP and Col, the blood stasis model of the whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity, the hematocrit, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the platelet aggregation in rats, the study on anticoagulation in mice. The results showed that different kinds Rhizoma Curcumae all have its inhibition on platelet aggregation, have its effect on anticoagulation and can adjust hemorrheology. Among all of them, Ethyl Acetate and chloroform are the most bioactive. Curcumin takes a main component part in these two extracts with the number of 56% and 52%, which illustrated that curcumin is the main bioactive component on activating blood and relieving blood stasis in Rhizoma Curcumae.Different kinds Rhizoma Curcumae had obviously inhibition on the ear swollen method of mice induced by xylene and on the increase of capillary permeability induced by vinegar. Among them, volatile oil and n-Butanol are the most effective. Meanwhile, these extractsalso showed obviously inhibition on tweak body method of mice induced by vinegar and hot plate method. Among them, Ethyl Acetate, chloroform and n-Butanol are the most effective. All of these extracts contain curcumin and it illustuated that the volatile oil and curcumin in Rhizoma Curcumae are the main bioactive components which have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The author also took the pharmacoknetic study on curcumin from Rhizoma Curcumae in rats. The author adopted HPLC todetermine the etoposide concentration of curcumin and used Chinese PharmacologyAssociation 3p97 to get its pharmacoknetics parameters.Solvent method and chromatography method were used to extract and separate the chemical components. Spectroscopy method was adopted to identify its composition. Five compounds were separated and identified. Among these compounds, β-D-Glucopyranoside was first extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae and spinasterol was first extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae L.The author adopted gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method to anslyze the chemical components of the volatile oil from Rhizoma Curcumae. 18 compounds were identified. Among them, 12 compounds were first identified from volatile oil.The author studied and analyzed the curcumin from Rhizoma Curcumae by spectrophotometry and HPLC to determine the total contents of curcumin in Rhizoma Curcumae and to master the method of detecting content of curcumin in Rhizoma Curcumae. The author explored the effect of processing on the contents of chemical components of the volatile oil from Rhizoma Curcumae. The volatile oil was extracted from hizoma Curcumae by steam distillation, the components analyzed with the different kinds of capillary columns, the optimum separated and analytical conditions were researched, the amount of the components from the volatile oil were determined by normalization method. The separated components were identified by GC-MS. The research results demonstrated that the volatile oil contents became lower in different processing samples of Rhizoma Curcumae and its chemical compositions had more change, Two constituents were produced while some components disappeared when processed by vinegar. The author also studied the determination of curcumin of processed products from Corydalis Rhizoma Curcumae by HPLC. The results showed the total contents of c...
