Pictures of jaw facial three-dimensionorganization are imported into general software dealing with three-dimension ofthe 3DsMax6 finally, Carrying on the picture digitalization and basic research ofsimulation operation of clinical practice and the assess of its predict result behindthe operation .Method : The section slices of spiral CT are shooted from the top of cranium thechin,the interval is 1 mm. , Using scan module with outline that developed byoneself, The outline of bone organize surface and epidermis on CT film isestracted, 3-D view are built up from the outlines of jaw facial bone organizationand epidermis organize using three- dimension developing rebuild software. Thetwo above-mentioned three-dimensions1 are imported into 3DsMax6and and dealt 105with it. By importing into the picture ,coincident, skinning, bone cutting,bonemoving, soft tissue moveing and such procedures, simulation is built finally afterthe operation .Results: â… : By examing the edge on the surface of epidermis and bone of CTpictures , edge information is stressed, And unnecessary information is omitted. â…¡: Examing the edge of CT pictures stresses edge information,and omitsunnecessary information; Secondly,examing edge outline and disposal thresholdvalue reduces grey level grades of picture , And the grey level value of possibleedge is set to be zero ,This guarantees the continuity on the edge. â…¢: Subdivision of the picture turns it to single_pixeled edge, when the edgeis wider the problem which speed passing slow on actual operation because ofthere is a large amount of redundant information is solved.It is comparativelyaccurate to adopt this method extracting the outline from CT picture,andoperation is very fast in speed.
