Evaluation of availability in Clinical Evaluation of liver qi stagationRecovery , Excellence , Utility , Ineffective4.2 Evaluation of Psychology ScalesWe evaluate the scales through the total counts.5. Statistical AnalysisAll data will be analysised by SAS 8. 1, the p value will be generated through double tailed test.Results:There about 1000 scales of liver qi stagation were sent out, and the total cout >6 are 506 samples, the 506 scales of Psychology Scales were sent to them , and get back 482 scales in total, the reclaim ratio is 90. 66%. We take the 437 people as the research object after getting the permission. After the treatment, about 383 scales were reclaimed, 50 samples fall off , and 4 rejected.In the 437 samples, there are 185 males, and 252 females. There are no obviously difference on sexuality, blood type, career, education, redion.In sexuality correlation analysis, the male will take positive method to deal the society event, and the femal are have the likelihood to be more neuroticism, and they have the same priciple on depression and fear. In age sexuality correlation analysis, the age have positive correlation with the total lifeevent, positive life event, negative life event, positive deal method, negtive method, E, P, L, SAS, SDS and the social support in PSSS scale, but age have negative correlation with all the item in SCL-90 scale except somatization. In education correlation analysis, it has a ndgative correlationwith E, L, and all items in SCL-90 except fear, somatization and paizhi. In average income correlation analysis, it has obviously negative correlation with negative life event , fear, depression.There are no significant difference in every group before the treatment in LES, TCSQ, EPQ, PSSS , SCL-90> SAS> SDS.P>0. 05. In TCM symptom analysis there are exist significant difference in every group, CMHX2=8.4835 , P<0. 05, this result demonstrate that Chinese Herbs with Group Psychological Treatment group is more efficient than the others.In life event analysis seal, the negative event -and total event are decreased magnificent, Chinese herbs and Chinese herbs with Group Psychological Treatment group are more efficient than only exert with Group Psychological Treatment. This result demonstrate that every group has a magnificent changes on event after the treatment.In agent factor anslysis, the negative dealing behavior are reduced in TCSQ, in opposite, the positive dealing behavior are increased, and Chinese herb group and Chinese with Group Psychological Treatment group have better effect. In Eysenck personality questionnaire-adult, every group have the positive emotion changes after the treatment. Feeling of loneliness, bad acclimatization, indifferent to other' s feelings are have significant changes, and Chinese herb group and Chinese with Group Psychological Treatment group have better effect. The socal total support and family support are increased after the treatment.In stress analysis,the somatization of the patient have better improve, even the anxiety and the depression. In this analysis we have the same result that the Chinese herb group and Chinese with Group c group have better effect Conclusion:1 The sexuality have significant influence on the health status of stress people,the femal is easier to exist depression and ansiety.2 The people will deal the social event with positive with the increasing of age, and gain more social support.3 The higher education level can not upgrade the mental health, even the social adaptability.4 The better income level will get better mental health.5 Chinese herbs and Psychological Treatment are efficient on liver qistagnation type psychological stress patients.
