The establishment of rabbits carotid arteries homograft valved conduits transplantation modelObjective: To establish the model of rabbit carotid artery transplantation homograft valved conduit.Method Adult New Zealand white recipient rabbit(n=15).A month age New Zealand white donor rabbit(n=15),from which 30 homograft valved conduits were harvested.The bilateral aorto-carotid transplantation were performed in 15 recipient rabbits.Thehomografts were harvested from recipients at 7, 14, 28, 60, 120 days after transplantation to examine blood flow and thrombus of homografts.Result: All recipients survived. All blood flow of homografts were unobstructed and not thrombotic.Conclusion: The model has smaller injuries to animals and better operation field of vison.The bilateral aorto-carotid transplantation benefits to divide group and provide better worth of applcations on studying.二.
