Protective Effects Of Panax Notoginsenoside And Glucan On Injury Of Cardiomyocytes | Posted on:2007-07-02 | Degree:Doctor | Type:Dissertation | Country:China | Candidate:R S Zhang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:1104360185479617 | Subject:Department of Cardiology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | BackgroungThe coronary heart disease (CHD) has become the mankind's first killer, and the most familiar clinical performance of CHD is angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, and the most familiar change of pathologic physiology is injury of cardiomyocytes for ischemic and ischemic reperfusion (I/R). The prevention and cure for them has been the point of the medical science research.Panax notoginsenoside belongs to Chinese medicine which may promote blood circulation. It is common Chinese medicine for treating the coronary angina pectoris and myocardial infarctions. But it is not very clear for mechanism of the function, it is necessary to carry on the thorough research for it.Glucan is a kind ploymer of glucose which is isolated from fungal cell walls, it has been drive extensive researched because it has the anti-tumor immunity and the microorganism infection immunity abilities of strengthens. Glucan was recognized by Toll-like receptor (TLR). Some studies suggest it has treatmental function in heart failure. Is there treatmental function for glucan in I/R injury? If is, What is its function mechanism? It is very important to develop new drug for treating CHD.
