Embryo implantation is one of the most complicated and mysterious process during the whole life, the regulation of which is the topic for biologists trying to explore. Since 1829, Lobstein raised the embryo origin of tumor, embryo implantation is to be thought highly of a process with certain similarities to tumor cells invasion. However, this unique interaction between genetically dissimilar trophoblasts and uterine cells is closely regulated and limited both temporally and spatially by mechanisms that are largely unknown. The highly multiplicative division zygote directionally migrates to the uterus, and interact with receiving endometria to switch on signal of cascade reaction including adheresion, migration, matrix degradation, invasion of maternal vessel and angiogenesis. Finally the zygote proliferates and differentiates to form fetus and its appendages after the physiological invasion. So, people suppose that trophoblasts in blastula which were pseudomalignancy and cells in malignant tumor have remarkable analogies in cell proliferation, cell differentiation, signal transduction during invasion of vessel, neovascularization, immune escape, apoptosis and so on. But the invasion of normal trophoblast is restricted to one third of the maternal endometria .The temporal and spatial regulation of trophoblast invasion is regulated by a precisely and complicated joint action network system, Several factors have been studied, including steroid hormones, cytokines, growth factors, angiogenesis factors,...
