ObjectiveThe express and regulation of bcl -2 is the juncture component element for effecting cell apoptosis. The codegenic bcl -2 protein makes cell to produce hardiness for more factors mediating apoptosis.Recent investigations discover that the multidrug resistance (MDR) of bladder cell closely correlates with bcl -2 gene expression and for possessing MDR phenotypic cell of bladder cancer, the bcl -2 genic express level is notable higher tan sensitive cells. The investigation of Mcknigant et al. indicate that bcl -2 is able to elevate the drug resistance of bladder carcinoma. Comparing to bcl - 2 masculine tumor, the negative is more sensitive to Cisplatin and the recurrence rate(40%) and the advance rate(5%) are lower, but the former 's recurrence rate and advance rate are different 55% and 36%. These investigations indicate MDR phenotypic the bcl - 2 gene hypsiexpression certainly exist in the bladder cancer cells. Whether or not the bcl-2 genetic hypsiexpression leads to the MDR of bladder cell, existing investigations are seldom, the certain correlation of bcl -2 gene and MDR of bladder are not clear.Bcl-2 gene is able to create the drug resistance for the chemothera-peutic treatment of many tumors, thus to restrain the tumor cell's apoptosis Miyashite et al. take the bcl - s gene to transfer the chemo - susceptive leucoma and bring about chemical resistance. These indicate that the accentuation of bcl-2 genetic expression closely correlate with the MDR...
