Implant denture has been accepted by patients and applied in clinic world-widely for its abundant advantages, such as effective support and nice masticatory function. Implant denture has been one of the routine prosthetic therapies in clinic. Development of osseo-integration therapy brings to better efficiency and longer survival life for implant denture. It is a crucial problem to form stable osseo-integration at title interface between implant and bone tissue as early as possible. In the process of osseo-integration, cellular attachment to the material is the premise for cellular vital activity, such as proliferation, differentiation and apposite et al. Many factors affect the ability of osteoblastic attachment, such as cellular factors and characteristic of implant In order to find an efficient measurement to accelerate the osseo-integration and improve the tissue reaction, cellular culture model in vitro was built and the effect of growth factor-bFGF on attachment of osteoblast was studied at cellular and molecular level. There are four major parts in this research.1.osteoblastic primary culture...
