It goes without saying that apoptosis is a very important field in tumor research. Recent studies revealed many molecular mechanisms and regulation . details of apoptosis, such as the enlightenment of the role of caspases, mitochondria and bcl-2 family, which are important molecules in signal transduction pathway or regulation of apoptosis.
