| The injury of vscular takes place frequently in clinical. We use the autos vein to repair the blood vessel coloboma often. When the vein was transplanted into the arterial environment, a serial change would happen in the vein graft because the difference of the structure of the vessel wall between the vein and the artery and the effect of injury to the vein graft during the transplantation and the changing of the hemodynamics. It contains the endothelial cell exfoliation and phlegmasia cells depositing and the proliferation and migration to intima of the smooth muscle cell of the media and the deposit of the extracellular matrix to the intima. These changes caused the intima and the media getting thicker and the lumen of blood vessel get narrow and even to obstruct. The currently study were concentrated to the mechanism of restenosis and the method to prevent and cure restenosis of the vein graft. Many of doctors of orthopedics and vascular surgery and cardiac surgery take part into this work. Some achievements w ere gotten but the mechanism of restenosis was not elucidated precisely and the most effective method to prevent and cure restenosis of the vein graft were not found. Albino rabbit were used in our study and we establish the animal model of the femoral vein transplantation autogenously to the femoral artery and the femoral vein transplantation autogenously to the femoral vein. Our animal model can distinguish the effect of injury to the vein graft during the transplantation from the changing of the hemodynamics. The vein graft were stained with HE and Victoria blue to observe the thickness of the intima and media of the vein graft and were stained with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunohistochemical to study the proliferation of the wall cells of the vein graft. Electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of the... |
