Control Group B(n=5) was sham-operated.In Group C(n=30),the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was made by inserting a wire(d=0.45mm) into middle cerebral artery(MCA) through ICA and common carotid artery(CCA) directly and pulling it out 3 hours later.
