Finger flexor tendon trauma is a common disease in clinical hand surgery. The primary remedy is to reconstruct finger flexor's tendinous function by anastomosis between tendons with different methods. The common anastomosis has four kinds: the first is disconnected seam, the second is Kessler seam, the third is Bannell seam and the forth is terminal weave seam. The above four seams'methodological biomechanics experiment and biology experiment have been studied by scholars both home and abroad, but most of them used animal specimen and flexor tendon disengage shell specimen in their study.Until now, it is not reported openly to systemically study normal countrymen fresh cadaver specimen's finger flexor tendon after anastomosis with two modes and stress relaxation, crept viscoelasticity mechanical property in biomechanical methodology.Due to clinical needs in practice, the author is designed to objectively evaluate whether finger flexor tendon trauma in both terminal weave and disconnected anastomosis types is true of biomechanics theory. Based on the clinical consideration, the author sorts the ordinary countrymen fresh cadavers'fingers who died of acute injure and the artificial fingers flexor tendon(first finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger)as two types of specimen, separately experiments on stretching force, stress relaxation and crept viscoelasticity in both terminal weave and disconnected seam...
