Involvement Of BTBD-10 Gene In Human Brain Glioma

In order to know the role of the BTBD10 gene in the glioma cell's apoptosis and cell cycle, we have done some experiments: A, build pcDNA4c-BTBD10 expression vector; B, use the vector transfect U251 cell strain, inspect the cells' apoptosis and cell cycle by flow cytometer and MTT; C, build pEGFP N1-BTBD10 vector, use the vector transfect the AD293 and U251 cell strain, D, use immunohistochemistry method to inspect the expression level of the Bax/Bcl2 protein and Ki67 protein. We have found that the BTBD10 gene can induce the glioma cell apoptosis and can stop a lot of glioma cell get into S phase of the cellcycle.
