Soil microorganism have been recognized as a prolific source of biologically active natural products. In our program of searching for cytotoxic substances from soil-derived microorganism and evaluating their drug potential, over 16,000 extracts were screened by human cancer cell line MCF-7 and 3 fungi and 6 actinomycetes were selected for further chemical constituents research.32 compounds were obtained from the extracts of broth by bio-activity guide isolation and purification. On the basis of technolog of chromatography, various modern spectroscopic analysis (IR, UV, 1D and 2D NMR, EI-MS, ESI-MS, FAB-MS etc.) and classical chemical methods, the structures of 28 compounds were determined, among which 10 were new including 4 macrolides, 3 polyenes and 3 isoflavone glycosides. Other 2 compounds were isolated from its species for the first time. All these new compounds were determined as Wortmannilactone A (3, 5, 7, 15, 17, 19- hexane -2- one-10, 12, 14- trihydroxy- 22- (2'- hydroxy- butyl-) oxacyclodocosa) (Compound 1), Wortmannilactone B (3, 5, 7, 15, 17, 19- hexane -2-one-10, 12- dihydroxy- 14-methoxy-22- (2'- hydroxy- butyl-) oxacyclodocosa (Compound 2), Wortmannilactone C (3, 5, 7, 14, 16, 18- hexane -2- one-10, 12, 20-trihydroxy- 22- (2'- hydroxy- butyl-) oxacyclodocosa.) (Compound 3), Wortmannilactone D (3, 5, 7, 14, 16, 18- hexane -2- one-10, 12, dihydroxy-20-methoxy- 22- (2'- hydroxy- butyl-) oxacyclodocosa (Compound 4),...
