The Usage Of TCI Propofol In The Cardiovascular Anesthesia

Objective Select given BIS as anesthetic terminal point index, assess the feasibility of TCI propofol in the cardiovascular anesthesia, and find out a safe anesthetic scheme guiding the clinic cardiovascular "fast track anesthesia".Methods Ninety-five, adult, ASAII-III patients scheduled for selective heart surgery were divided into four groups. Among these patients, thirty patients of HVR were divided into two groups randomly( group 1-1 and group 1-2), which were observed anesthetic induction merely, each group was fifteen patients, the aim BIS was 50-59 and 40-49 respectively. Another thirty-five HVR patients was group V, thirty-CABG patients was group C. Group V and group C were observed whole anesthetic stage, and the aim BIS was 45-55. The initial propofol TCI plasma concentration was 0.5μg/ml, increased step by step until BIS was in target range, then keep it.
