In the numerous theory of exploring the mystic aging,Cell membrane aging theory expounds that the ratio of cholesterol and phospholipids that is the basic substance on cell membrane is larger than 1 that makes the brittleness of cell membrane increase; fluidness decrease .It is the important reason of aging on cell membrane. This paper based on it and theorized the hypothesis about aging: the reason that the ratio of cholesterol and phospholipids is larger than 1 is the phospholipids on cell membrane is scarce. So supplying the aging cell membrane with phospholipids can delay aging as a whole. The phospholipids that are supplied to cell membrane need the same character as the membrane phospholipids. So the phospholipids must be molecular rather than polymer and they need to be combined with cholesterol. So we make use of the new technology about the high frequency vibration to deal with polymer cholesterol and phospholipids in nanometer to produce the "simulative biomembrane phospholipids monomer". We use drosophila, wireworm, mice, rats as the objects to study on anti-aging, and the products about it has been explored primarily.Main Contents:1.
