Acute biliary pancreatitis is one of commonly clinical disease, whose pathophysiology mechanism is very complicated and disputable. The status of therapy has been improved with the development of endoscopic thchnique. But there are still many questions need to be settled.Bile-pancreatic-duct obstruction and bile-pancreatic-fluid countercurrent are the main reasons resulting in acute biliary pancreatitis. Previous studies approved that apoptotic rate and calcium concentration of acinar cells are closely related to the degree of pancreatitis. Till now there are few studies about the relationship of releasing obstruction on early stage and the pathology of acinar cells. Our goal is not only to study pathophysiology of acute pancreatitis, but also in favor of clinic. Thus, the aim of this study is to explore this relationship. And this study will not only contribute to elucidate the pathophysiological mechanisms of acute biliary pancreatitis but also be of greate clinical value.
